These Terms of Service govern access to Navos AI customer workspaces and related product surfaces provided by Navos AI, Inc. If a signed customer agreement applies, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Navos provides software for strategic intelligence, operating-environment monitoring, and AI-generated intelligence reports. Outputs are intended as information and analysis for professional users. They are not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice and are not a recommendation to act.
You must use accurate account information, protect your credentials, and access only the company workspaces you are authorised to use. Customer administrators are responsible for inviting and removing users for their organisation.
Customers retain their rights in data, instructions, configurations, emails, recipient details, and other content they provide to the service. Navos receives a limited licence to process that content only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Navos does not use customer content to train models without explicit permission.
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or stale information. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Navos AI, Inc. holds editorial responsibility for Navos-published intelligence reports, but does not claim that every edition receives per-edition human sign-off.
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, bypass security, interfere with the product, upload malicious code, scrape beyond permitted product use, or attempt to extract non-public data belonging to another customer.
The service may display, process, or reference third-party information, public-source data, model/API providers, analytics, email, observability, and infrastructure services. Third-party terms and data-provider restrictions may apply to downstream use, redistribution, or resale of output.
Some intelligence reports incorporate official public data from institutions including the European Central Bank, Eurostat, International Monetary Fund, and other public issuers. The underlying official data is available free of charge from the issuing institutions. Navos attributes the issuing institution where official data is used; any derived or transformed figures, including spreads, averages, growth rates, weighted aggregates, scenarios, and Navos analysis, are Navos transformations and are not issuer-authored modifications or endorsements.
Each party must protect the other party's confidential information using reasonable care. Navos describes its current product security practices on the Security page and may update those practices as the service evolves.
Navos may suspend access where needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address material misuse. Either party may terminate access as permitted by an applicable customer agreement or by written notice where no signed agreement applies.
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care, but no software or AI output is error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navos disclaims implied warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular decision without user review.
Navos may update these terms as the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the product, email, or another reasonable channel.
Questions about these terms should be sent to contact@navos.ai.
