Navos AI, Inc. builds business intelligence software for professional customers and treats customer data security as a product requirement. Security controls are reviewed as the service changes.
Production services run in managed cloud infrastructure. Customer traffic uses encryption in transit with TLS, and production data stores use encryption at rest where supported by the managed service.
Access to production systems and customer data is limited to authorised personnel with a business need. Administrative access is logged, and access rights are reviewed when roles change.
Navos monitors application errors, authentication events, and service health to investigate reliability and security issues. If we confirm a security incident that affects customer data, we will notify affected customers without undue delay after assessment and take steps to contain, investigate, and remediate the incident.
We collect and retain only the product, account, security, and analytics data described in the Privacy Notice. Customer content is not used to train models without explicit permission.
